Associate Manager, Marketing Innovation (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

Agoda is an online travel booking platform that connects travelers with a global network of hotels, flights, activities, and more. Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agodas new and emerging marketing channels.
• Conduct end?to?end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data?driven decisions for channel growth.
• Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using tools such as SQL or Tableau.
• Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.

Qualifications

• 46 years of experience in a Data Analyst role within tech, consulting, e?commerce, or digital marketing.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and generate impactful recommendations.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouse technologies such as SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
• Innovative problem?solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges creatively and adaptively.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven, strong commercial acumen when interacting with senior leadership.
