The Assistant Shop Manager supports the Hardware Repair Manager in overseeing personnel and day-to-day shop operations. This role focuses on staff management, scheduling, and ensuring that technicians have the resources they need to succeed. The Assistant Shop Manager helps maintain a positive, efficient workplace while ensuring alignment with CleanSpark’s policies and goals.
