Job Description
Daily Operations • Work closely with the Community manager in learning all aspects of management, including administrative and financial duties. • Assist in the management of on-site operations including rent collection, invoice payments, renewals, resident communications, and daily activities/events • Answer telephones and provide leasing information, schedule appointments for tour, take maintenance requests, assist residents with needs, etc. • Develop and maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relationships with contractors and tenants. • Maintain high expectations for the upkeep of the community and swiftly address concerns • Achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals including revenue, occupancy, and expense management • Use ResMan to monitor apartment availability, qualify prospects and manage community member data • Achieve high resident satisfaction and retention by providing exemplary service • Ensure the community meets the Company’s standards for show quality by daily inspecting and communicating to the community’s maintenance team members • Provide hospitable and high-quality service to ensure a memorable experience for all Leasing and Retention • Lead sales culture motivates and inspire the team to provide a high quality prospect experience and meet sales goals by leading daily huddles, encouraging lead nurturing, impactful tours and authentic relationship building • Maintain a strong understanding of local comps and the differentiators in our communities • Ensure an active community social media presence to promote the community • Promote high-community member retention by continual relationship building and taking a proactive personalized approach to upcoming renewals
