This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in compliance and recertifications, particularly with LIHTC and Project-Based Section 8 properties. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with compliance processing and ready to tackle recertifications. With a focus on financials and operations, the right candidate will have the autonomy to make a significant impact.
