We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Director to lead and inspire multiple teams for a Growing Fast Casual Concept. As Area Director, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations within the SoCal region, driving operational excellence, ensuring financial success, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the restaurant industry, strong business acumen, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Ensure all restaurants in the area operate efficiently and consistently adhere to company standards and policies. Monitor and enhance operational performance to achieve business objectives. Financial Oversight: Review financial statements, identify trends, and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff. Foster a positive, inclusive work culture that encourages teamwork, high performance, and employee retention. Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring all locations deliver exceptional service. Address customer feedback and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all locations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence. Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and enhance the customer experience. Identify market trends and opportunities for expansion. Brand Consistency: Uphold and promote the company's brand values and image across all locations. Ensure consistent branding and marketing efforts in alignment with company standards.
