ISG is excited to bolster our team with an Architect, passionate about our Government + Cultural Business Unit. Applicants should have an enthusiasm for big picture strategy, developing relationships, and designing public service facilities, cultural spaces, and Native American centers. As an Architect for the Government + Cultural Business Unit, you will be an ISG Employee Owner working collaboratively with your fellow employee owners to develop creative solutions. Noted as an Emerging Professional Friendly firm by the AIA, this role provides immense opportunities to learn and strengthen skills, lead, and mentor team members with the development and design of projects.
Regardless of your office, you will assist in winning and executing work within the Government + Cultural Business Unit throughout the entire ISG footprint. Because of this, travel may be necessary at times. These trips are usually 1-2 days and happen a few times a month.
In this role, you will work closely with Jeremy Wiesen, Architecture Group Leader and Tanya Pierce, Government + Cultural Business Unit Leader. You will also collaborate with ISG internal resources for design and project collaboration, project execution, code review and evaluations, specification writers, visualization specialists, and construction administrators.
