We have an immediate position available in Clackamas - start ASAP (pending thorough background check) and no on-call required!

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm w/ 1 hour lunch (subject to change depending on community)

Job Description: As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the team responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of residential properties. Your dedication and expertise will contribute to creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Assist with unit turnovers, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor and team members.
• Uphold safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant certifications or trade school experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
