Apartment Leasing Consultant – Longview, TX
Pay: Up to $18/hr (DOE)
Schedule:
• Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am–5:00pm
• Sunday: 1:00pm–5:00pm
• Monday: 9:00am–6:00pm
Valid Driver’s License required
We are seeking an experienced and professional Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a busy Longview community. Ideal candidates are polished, reliable, and skilled in customer service, sales, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features and benefits
• Assist with leasing applications, renewals, and related paperwork
• Follow up with prospects, schedule appointments, and maintain files
• Enter work orders and support general office operations
• Ensure the office, model, and tour routes are presentable at all times
Qualifications:
• Previous apartment leasing or strong customer service/sales experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Ability to work the full schedule listed above
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
