Apartment Leasing Consultant – Wausau, WI
Pay: $17–$19/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (occasional Saturdays)
We are seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a local community in Wausau, WI. This role will assist with daily leasing operations, LIHTC application processing , and will also help process new lease-up applications for a new build in the surrounding area. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a compliance-focused environment.
