Here is the Role: The GRC-Consultant is responsible for supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Direct Care Financial Management (DCFM) in the end-to-end management of the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tool and Master Data builds within the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). Works independently and cross-functionally across multiple accounting systems including the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). 

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate in a support capacity with the DHA, GFEBS, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC-Governance Risk and Compliance) staff.
• Create GRC requests
• Provide reports
• Track progress on any clean up requirements
• Assist with annual revalidation
• Create, edit and maintain Cost Centers and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in GFEBS (an ERP software tool built on SAP)
• Create reports in MS Excel documenting data for Master Data in GFEBS
• Ensure all required supporting documents are uploaded to the SharePoint repository
• Other duties as assigned

Skillset Requirements:  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and skilled in oral and written communications
• Performs well in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment. 
• Strong writing and communication skills. 
• Analytical Thinker
• Flexible to perform other tasks as assigned. 

Extra Credit:

• Prior training/experience with GFEBS
• Prior experience with GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance)
