We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support key business operations. This full-time, salaried role involves coordinating office activities, managing customer relationships, and contributing to process improvements that enhance company performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and logistics
• Manage customer communications and feedback channels
• Maintain and improve filing and documentation systems
• Monitor order processing and inventory flow
• Oversee shipment and receiving operations
• Support vendor coordination and warehouse activity tracking
• Assist in developing and refining administrative procedures
• Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing tasks and resolving issues

Qualifications:

• Experience in administrative or operational support roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Italian and SAP is a plus
• Familiarity with industrial automation or CNC machinery is a bonus

Compensation:

• Salaried position
• $41,600 - $52,000 depending on experience
• Full-time schedule
