What You'll Be Doing: Planning and leading fun, creative, and therapeutic activities for residents; Organizing everything from bingo to live entertainment to holiday parties; Getting to know residents and tailoring programs to their interests; Coordinating with other departments to support holistic care; Keeping documentation of participation and activity outcomes; Spreading positivity, laughter, and community spirit throughout our facility! What You Bring: Experience in activity planning, recreation, or senior engagement; Certificate not required but definitely a bonus; A warm, outgoing personality and strong leadership skills; Excellent organizational and communication abilities; A passion for bringing joy to others and creating moments that matter.
