Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24.40 per hour

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Support professional to join our team on a short-term project. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in accounting coursework, thrives in Excel, and enjoys working with numbers to ensure accurate reporting and financial tracking.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily accounting operations with precision and accuracy.
• Apply double-entry accounting knowledge, focusing on bank deposits and sales booking.
• Prepare and analyze financial and statistical reports.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets using formulas, pivot tables, and links.
• Assist in monitoring and reconciling cash in transit.
• Provide support with transportation fare management processes when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 30 completed accounting course credits.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
• Strong understanding of debit/credit accounting and double-entry principles.
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial/statistical reports.
• Bonus: Experience in transportation fare management.
• Bonus: Experience with cash-in-transit tracking.
