Job Title: 1st TIG Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/TIG Welder to join our team. WE work with a variety of industries...automotive, medical, furniture, racking systems, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding stainless steel and mild steel of varying thickness. During the interview process, candidates will be required to pass a welding test. Proficiency in reading blueprints for welds is essential, as well as MIG welding components.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and mild steel materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise welds.
• Conduct MIG welding on various components as needed.
• Collaborate with team members in a manufacturing setting.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in TIG welding.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• 1-3 years of welding experience.
• Possession of personal welding gear.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Environment

The position is based in a manufacturing setting, which includes departments such as shipping, brake press, welding, and assembly, spread across multiple buildings. The work schedule is 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
